Billing and Rates

I do not bill insurance companies directly, but I do provide the necessary documentation via a printed superbill for individuals to submit for reimbursement directly from their insurance company. Please note that if you wish to utilize out-of-network coverage, diagnostic code information is located on the superbill as required by insurance. Please contact your insurance company to verify out-of-network coverage details, and see my FAQ’s page for helpful questions to ask when you call your insurance. 

The initial 80 minute intake assessment is $300.00 and regular 50 minute sessions thereafter are $200.00. Sometimes 80 minute sessions are planned for or requested in advance for more time or longer EMDR sessions and are $300.00. 

Payments can be made by credit or debit card, health savings or flex spending cards. We  securely store your credit, debit, health savings or flex spending card on file and it is run after each session or in the event of a no-show or non-emergent late-cancel.  Payments are due at the time of each session. 

I hold availability in my practice for one $60.00 per session need-based sliding scale slot. This slot is listed through Open Path Collective, a national non-profit that for a one time  fee provides lifetime access to a listing of therapists who are offering sliding scale openings to qualifying need-based clients.
